无氨发泡剂母粒是以LDPE材料作载体，针对PE模压二次发泡工艺专门研发而成。使用过程中不需再添加ZnO等催化剂，具有无氨味，无粉尘，称量方便的特点，适用于对环保要求高的发泡材料。

The ammonia-free foaming agent is based on LDPE material,and developed for the foaming process of PE by two-step compression molding specifically.The use of ammonia-free foaming agent in the process does not need to add ZnO and other catalysts.It is suitable for high environmental requirements of the foam material,with the advantages of ammonia-free,dust-free,and easy weighing.

应用 Application

应用于LDPE、EVA模压二次工艺生产。

本产品LDPE载体和有效发泡组分为1：1，由于除去了发泡气体中氨组分，有效气体总量有所降低，投加量需酌情增加。使用过程中不需添加ZnO等催化剂，否则会影响使用效果。

The ammonia-free foam series are mainly applied to the productlon process of LDPE/EVA by two-step compression molding.

The ratio of LDPE carrier and effective foaming of this product is 1:1.As the ammonia component in the foaming gas is removed,the total amount of effective gas is reduced and the dosage is increased.The use of ammonia-free foaming agent in the process does not need to add ZnO and other catalysts,otherwise the application result will be affected.
